On this year’s February 26th, SANCTIMONY won two out of six nominations at the first Latvian Metal Awards. We received the „Best Live Artist of 2009” award and our bass player, Deniss, was titled the „Best Metal Musician of 2009”. We also played a surprise performance at the event. We would like to thank all the people who voted for us. You’re the best! Cheers! |

A cover version for Slayer`s Expendable youth recorded by SANCTIMONY is featured in "A tribute to Slayer 25 years" along with bands like Holy MOses, Amatory etc. The compilation CD is released in Russian federation.

In September SANCTIMONY is heading over to Finland to do four kick-ass gigs together with friends Profane Omen. This is our first tour abroad in a long time so we are really looking forward to it. On 15th of February SANCTIMONY’s new album "Hell in Stereo" is going to be released under "Aghast Records" label. The new album is 13 songs long from which 12 are SANCTIMONY's own masterpieces and 13th is cover version of "Back in Black" from AC/DC. More on that here! |
